Jessica delivers practical, strategic legal counsel to buyers, sellers, investors, and small businesses navigating real estate transactions and property matters.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law and previously served in the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs—the second-largest federal agency—where she was one of a select few attorneys responsible for managing the VA’s Enhanced-Use Leasing (EUL) Program. Through this work, Jessica negotiated complex public-private real estate partnerships that converted underused federal land into housing and services for veterans, giving her unique insight into both government and private-sector real estate development.

An Army veteran herself, Jessica brings discipline, responsiveness, and a mission-driven mindset to every deal. She is an active member of the LGBT Bar Association and LAGBAC, and volunteers her time with her local Veterans Treatment Court and Girls on the Run. Jessica splits her time between Illinois and Virginia.
